Article 50 (2) (Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection of E-mail Addresses)

- No one shall collect e-mail addresses using programs or other technical devices that automatically collect e-mail addresses from the Internet homepage without the prior consent of the operator or administrator of the Internet home page.
- No one shall sell or distribute e-mail addresses collected in violation of Paragraph (1).
- No one shall use the e-mail address for which the collection, sale and distribution are prohibited under the provisions of paragraphs 1 and 2 for the information transmission

Article 74 (Penalty) Any person falling under any of the following subparagraphs shall be subject to a fine of not more than ten million won. A person who displays for the purpose of display and sales or selling in violation of the provisions of Article 8 (4) A person who distributes, sells, leases or exhibits obscene signs, words, sounds, images, or videos in violation of the provisions of Article 44-7 (1) 1. A person who repeatedly sends the other party signs, words, sounds, images, or videos that cause fear or anxiety in violation of Article 44-7 (1) 3 A person who has taken technical measures in violation of Article 50 (6) A person who transmitted advertising information in violation of the provisions of Article 50 (8) and a person who uses e-mail addresses for collecting, selling, distributing or transmitting information in violation of Article 50 (2) A person who transmitted advertising information in violation of Article 50 (8) A person who has failed to register registration matters or report transfer, take over, merger or inheritance of a business in violation of Article 53 (4)
