Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to define the rights, obligations, liabilities and other matters relating to the use of the service between the Company and the system users (hereinafter referred to as 'Members') in using application program services provided by UVER (hereinafter referred to as 'Services')

Article 2 (Effect and Modification of Terms) ① These Terms and conditions shall become effective upon notice on the Internet site or by notifying users by e-mail or other means
② The Company may change these Terms and Conditions, and the modified Terms and Conditions shall become effective upon notice or notification in the same manner as in Paragraph 1 above. Article 3 (Rules others than Terms and Conditions)

The matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the relevant laws and other customs.

Article 8 (Change of Service) ① The Company shall publish the service type, service contents, price and other service related matters through the homepage of the Company, and members must apply for the service based on the homepage of the Company
② The Company shall also post new service type or other changes through its homepage. Any changes to the service for members who are already using the service shall be posted on the homepage or notified through the member's e-mail address. If no complaint is filed within seven 7 days after post or notification, the member is deemed to have agreed to the changes. Article 10 (Refund of Service Expenses) ① The member agrees to pay for the service and may terminate the agreement if unavoidable reasons arise while using it. He/she shall apply for termination in accordance with the form provided by the Company and submit the related documents.
② In the case of refunds due to mid-termination, there is no separate penalty to be borne by the member, and we give a refund after deducting ten percent cost that converted days of service use into normal price not discounted
③ In the case of refunds for service fees paid by credit card, request cases by the next day of payment shall be canceled. If a refund is requested after the next day of payment, it shall be treated in the same manner as in Paragraph Article 11 (Providing Information and Advertising) ① The Company may provide a variety of information to its members through the website, service screen, e-mail, text message, etc. When agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, the member shall be deemed to have consented to receiving the contents of announcements, advertisements, etc. of the Company via his/her e-mail and text message.
② The Company may post advertisements on its homepage, service screen, e-mail, and so on. Article 16 (Obligations of the Company) ① The Company shall make every effort to provide services continuously and reliably as stipulated by the Terms and related laws.
② The Company shall make every effort to maintain, repair and reinforce the facilities (System expansion) related to the service in a state of being operable at all times and to repair and restore it without delay in the event of a failure
③ If considering that the opinions or complaints raised by the member with regard to the service are legitimate, the Company shall take measures through appropriate procedures. If it is difficult to process it promptly, the Company

⑥ At the request of the member, the Company shall provide the member with data of a certain period of time in the form of files. However, the Company may charge a certain fee for the request file. Article 22 (Settlement and Jurisdiction of Disputes) ① The Company and its members shall make every effort to resolve any dispute arising in connection with the Services.
